How do I pay for my order?
Select any payment method (money order, cashier check, personal check) and submit your order. Once we receive the order an invoice will be sent to the email address provided on the order so you can securely remit payment using your credit card or echeck.

Where does my item / order Ship From?
Most of our items ship direct from Beijing-CN /MFG since we service the United Kingdom, Australia and the US. Customer Service is based in the US and some items will ship out of the East Coast in Missouri and from CA. Please be sure to read the details of the item listing which will identify where it is shipping from.

What if I want to cancel my order ?
CANCELLATIONS:
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you have received a notification indicating your order is processing, your order has been submitted for fulfillment. It also means that the item has been subtracted from our inventory, and reserved for the buyer, and the general public cannot purchase any reserved item. Therefore, We only accept same day cancellations.
CANCELLATIONS ON ORDERS AND ORDERS FOR COSTUME / CUSTOM SIZE ORDERS / MASCOT COSTUMES POLICY
If any order is submitted, and has been confirmed processed, pulled and packed ready for shipment, and Buyer cancels order before its leaves toward the sorting center- a Non refundable fee of $10 will be charged. Once we receive your order, payment and measurements- we begin the lead time for the making and sizing of the item. If you cancel while your order has already started its production, we do charge a cancellation fee depending on the stage at which your item was in production. Stage 1- (day 1) Days of production there is a 25-35% cancellation/restock fee Stage 2- (2-4) days- there is a 50-60% cancellation/restock fee - Stage 3 (5th day) there is a 75-85% cancellation /restock fee. The cancellation fee covers the cost of material used, labor cost, and processing fees/ The cancellation So please be sure you really want the item and you have agreed to our Terms
Each custom item is produced one by one and not in large quantity by a machine etc. Therefore, each item is made to the best of the ability of its creator which will resemble and or be exact to what is displayed as pictured in the items listing. Since custom defines no 2 products are alike, buyer understand and accepts that some risk may be involved within a custom product. However, we inspect every shipment that goes out.. an allowance of 10% for quality of the order is permissible as for every custom item will vary. All quality concerns will be acknowledged and we will do our best to improve. Custom items issues may qualify to receive store credit only.

How long is the order processing time?
All orders are allowed a minimum of a 5 day processing time. Please read any shipping details listed in the add for we added estimated delivery times to many of our listings to assist you with rough estimate as to when you can expect to receive the item.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Custom orders, design, print, and made to order orders will have a longer Processing time. Please see the item listing.

When will I receive my order?
Once order is received. It will process with 24 hours and will be set up for fulfillment. Items usually ship within 5 business days unless custom made. You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped. Note the carrier used and check our delivery times by carrier section, please allow the required shipping/ transit as noted in our Shipping Policy /Agreement Terms and Polices and more in detailed including tracking carrier sites are listed in our FAQ's.

What Shipping Methods are used?
For Shipments Processed via our US Warehouse - We use UPS and FEDEX DHL, and USPS depending on which warehouse your items currently stocked at. Depending on the content of your order, items may split ship so they arrive as closely together as possible. Most all items will ship from within the US. so they will arrive via Fedex or UPS Ground within 9 days from the date the order was paid in full- orders received after 11am will process the next business day.
For Items marked Ships "USPS INTL CN and INTL WHSE" - Ships from our International Beijing-Shipping methods used are
ePacket, EMS, China Registered Air Post, China Air Post Parcel, Hong Kong Air Post, China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, 4BX Worldwide , EC Firstclass, Sigapore Post 4x, SF EXPRESS And DHL International (for award statues) where the buyer may incur a small duties and tax charge to receive delivery. These cost are not vary and are not including in the shipping cost.

Please make sure you arrange for Pick up or Re-delivery with your Post Office if not home at time of Delivery. If your package is handled by the USPS, and nobody is home to sign for your package. A notice will left providing you with a couple of options such as schedule a re-delivery or it will have the address to the post office which your order can be picked up from. SALE not become FINAL. We highly suggest to pick up your package within 7 days..

Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. USPS will leave a notification. After three delivery attempts, the sale becomes final. The customer is fully responsible to coordinate with the carrier a time/day to retrieve the package.

What happens if my shipment is Undeliverable as Addressed or Rejected?
NON DELIVERABLE: Occasionally packages are returned to us as un-deliverable usually because of an error made by buyer when inputting shipping address on order. If your order is returned to us because the package is undeliverable as addressed, we will process the shipment at a 50% restocking fee and shipping cost back to its original origin of return will not be Refunded. Please note International returns can be very costly- So please ensure you are providing a correct Shipping addressed to be delivered.
ATTEMPTED DELIVERIES- We treat attempted deliveries- as delivered since many of our items are non refundable. It is the buyers responsible to collect any attempted deliveries/notices left within 5 days from their local USPS location. So it is highly advised to collect your delivery quickly. In the event the buyer still wants the order, a new order will need to be placed, paid in full, and when the undeliverable package returns for non collection, we can issue up to 50% of the original order placed, excluding shipping cost. This is the only time we issue any type of refund for non collected attempted deliveries. Carrier may up to three attempts to deliver a package. USPS will leave a notification. After three delivery attempts, the sale becomes final. The customer is fully responsible to coordinate with the carrier a time/day to retrieve the package.
REJECTED Packages- are processed at a 75% restocking fee and shipping cost incurred will not be refunded

Free Shipping or Special Promotions
If your item indicates Free Shipping or Shipping for $1,2,3 it has been marked "USPS INTL" which indicated your items are being shipped via our international Warehouse. We give you discounted shipping since there is a longer delivery time when shipped from our International location. Shipping methods will be selected accordingly depending on Items weight and Best transit time available. You will receive carrier and tracking number via email. Shipping methods used are epacket, EMS, China Registered Air Post, China Air Post Parcel, Hong Kong Air Post, China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus for items that are shipped from our international location- which have a longer transit/delivery times which on average is 20-30 days for delivery but can take up to 45 days depending on customs and final clearance.
Please allow up to 2-10 business days to prepare your shipment. Items coming from our international warehouse cannot be expedited. If you see the notation of items ships via "Intl Whse" you have been informed that your item ships internationally and has an longer delivery time to be received. This includes all Cell phone cover cases, Celebrity Watches, Mascot Costumes, bedding, and other designer like items- please read the description. However many of our customer receive their items Quickly and are Happy paid Customers.

To prevent Fraudulent transactions- Payments are approved with all matching qualifiers including CVC codes and correct Street Billing address and Zip. Are Credit Card payments processed Securely? Can I use a Company Card?
Secure Payment Processing:
Stripe Payment Processing is an API that is integrated in Real Time through the checkout page via Ecrater. Built in SSL is established within the API Processing your credit card information using tokens which will be Encrypted over any web page. Stripe automatically evaluates charges for fraud risk and blocks those that they believe are fraudulent.
**Please note-Purchases made with a Company card will require additional steps for payment authorization to ensure a safe transaction. Such authorizations may include but not limited to...verbal confirmation from the Company's controller or written authorization from Upper Management.
Understanding Card Encryption:
All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe's internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe's infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn't share any credentials with Stripe's primary services (API, website, etc.)

We only accept returns if we you receive the wrong size,color, brand of item We also accept returns for any item that is damaged while in transit.
OUR POLICY IS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. . If you wish to return your item, you will need to submit your request via email to
stores@everything-hollywood.com within 3 days. We only issue out store credit. Buyer is responsible for the shipping back to origin shipping location. All returns must have an approved RMA attached.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CLOTHING, CUSTOM ITEMS (SUCH AS COSTUMES, WALL DECOR, PERSONALIZED AWARDS) , FOOD ITEMS, OR ANY ITEM HAS BEEN OPENED FROM ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
. In the event your item is damaged, does not work, etc - please notify us within 3 days. Please email Customer Service within 3 days with your concern BEFORE leaving any Negative/Unsatisfactory feedback. There may be an option available but no guarantee
Any request for a return must be communicated within 3 days of receiving your order. All order are closed out after 72 hours of proof of time of delivery, Any request after the 5 day allowance time to notify customer service by phone or web- will be subject to denial. A Minimum of 3 Photos must be included with your concern. Any packages received without an RMA code WILL NOT be eligible for credit.
Buyer is responsible postage and shipping charges back to its original place of origin even if the item has been processed by our International location.
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:
In order to receive credit all items must be unused and in resalable condition and must meet the following guidelines to be returned..
1. Merchandise cannot be taken out of its original packaging.
2. Merchandise should be returned in the exact same packaging as in which they were received, including accessories, parts and pieces, and manuals.
3. Merchandise which show signs of being used or damaged will not be accepted as a return.
4. Merchandise that have been washed, worn, damaged or had tags removed from, cannot be returned.

Most Refunds are store credit. We also process partial refunds on order cancellations and on orders where we are in error.
REFUND PROCESSING:
