OUR SHIPPING TERMS AND POLICY
Everything-Hollywood is ships from US and International CN. We ship Internationally since we service the US, United Kingdom and Australia. Buyers are fully responsible for any extra custom charges that apply in order to receive their package, Most of our items ship direct from our manufacturers since we ship international and the US. Customer Service is based in the US.

*BUYER AGREEMENT: There shall be no reason for the shipment to be returned, rejected or refused, - when making a purchase through our store you have agreed to our terms

PROCESSING TIME: All orders are entered within 24 hours and are allowed a minimum of a 5 day processing time. Please read any shipping details listed in the product listing. Custom orders, design, print, and made to order orders will have a longer Processing time. Please ensure we have all necessary information such as color option, size options, etc. to ensure your order is not delayed.

ORDER CUTOFF TIMES: Order cutoff time for expedited shipping is 11am PST . Please calculate your delivery date only using business days. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery rates.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY:

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any Ship to address before submitting your order. Please include any Apt, Suite or Building numbers necessary for a successful delivery.

SHIPPING CARRIER USPS:
Most of our items Ship "USPS" USPS EMS - Deliveries can take 5-30 days depending on the item.

SHIPPING CARRIERS UPS, FEDEX, & DHL:
For Shipments Processed via our (2)US locations - We use UPS , FEDEX, and DHL depending on which warehouse your items currently stocked at. Depending on the content of your order, items may split ship so they arrive as closely together as possible. Most all items will ship from within the US. so they will arrive via Fedex or DHL within 9 days from the date the order was paid in full- orders received after 11am will process the next business day. ESTIMATED DELIVERY time of 10-15 days after your item has been marked ship.

ITEMS ON SALE or SHIPPING PROMO: Shipping methods will be selected accordingly depending on Items weight and Best transit time available. You will receive carrier and tracking number via email. Standard Shipping methods used are Air Registered Post, Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, These items take a bit longer since they are shipped internationally to the US.

SHIPPING COST:

Most items have a flat rate shipping cost and some items ship by weight. However, we did this to provide you with the Best Shipping cost overall.

TRANSIT TIMES: "USPS-CA" & "USPS-INTL"
USPS-CA : 7-10 business days for delivery if product is shipped from our US locations.
USPS INTL- ship from our international warehouse and orders are usually delivered within 10-15 days after fulfillment time which is 5 DAYS but will depend on Size and Weight of item

Buyer is responsible to contact us if order is not received within 60 days. All orders are deemed as FINAL after 60 days.

NON DELIVERABLE/ATTEMPTED/REFUSED/REJECTED DELIVERIES:
NON DELIVERABLE: Occasionally packages are returned to us as un-deliverable usually because of an error made by buyer when inputting shipping address on order. If your order is returned to us because the package is undeliverable as addressed, we will process the shipment at a 50% restocking fee and shipping cost back to its original origin of return will not be Refunded. Please note International returns can be very costly- So please ensure you are providing a correct Shipping addressed to be delivered.
ATTEMPTED DELIVERIES- We treat attempted deliveries- as delivered since many of our items are non refundable. It is the buyers responsible to collect any attempted deliveries/notices left within 5 days from their local USPS location. So it is highly advised to collect your delivery quickly. In the event the buyer still wants the order, a new order will need to be placed, paid in full, and when the undeliverable package returns for non collection, we can issue up to 50% of the original order placed, excluding shipping cost. This is the only time we issue any type of refund for non collected attempted deliveries. Carrier may up attempt to deliver a package. Carrier will leave a notification. Once an attempt is made, the sale becomes final. The customer is fully responsible to coordinate with the carrier a time/day to retrieve the package.
REJECTED Packages- are processed at a 75% restocking fee and shipping cost incurred will not be refunded

CANCELLATIONS:
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you have received a notification indicating your order is processing, your order has been submitted for fulfillment. It also means that the item has been subtracted from our inventory, and reserved for the buyer, and the general public cannot purchase any reserved item. Therefore, We only accept same day cancellations.
CANCELLATIONS ON ORDERS AND ORDERS FOR COSTUME / CUSTOM SIZE ORDERS / MASCOT COSTUMES POLICY
If any order is submitted, and has been confirmed processed, pulled and packed ready for shipment, and Buyer cancels order before its leaves toward the sorting center- a Non refundable fee of $10 will be charged. Once we receive your order, payment and measurements- we begin the lead time for the making and sizing of the item. If you cancel while your order has already started its production, we do charge a cancellation fee depending on the stage at which your item was in production. Stage 1- (day 1) Days of production there is a 25-35% cancellation/restock fee Stage 2- (2-4) days- there is a 50-60% cancellation/restock fee - Stage 3 (5th day) there is a 75-85% cancellation /restock fee. The cancellation fee covers the cost of material used, labor cost, and processing fees/ The cancellation So please be sure you really want the item and you have agreed to our Terms
Each custom item is produced one by one and not in large quantity by a machine etc. Therefore, each item is made to the best of the ability of its creator which will resemble and or be exact to what is displayed as pictured in the items listing. Since custom defines no 2 products are alike, buyer understand and accepts that some risk may be involved within a custom product. However, we inspect every shipment that goes out.. an allowance of 10% for quality of the order is permissible as for every custom item will vary. All quality concerns will be acknowledged and we will do our best to improve. Custom items issues may qualify to receive store credit only.

INSTALLMENT PLANS: Orders on an installment plan will be shipped once paid in full. Payments will be appear as PURCHASE/RETAIL MERCH on your statement. Installment plans cannot exceed more than 6 installment payments. Your first installment payment will be processed 30 days from your initial deposit. Orders will ship once paid in full and all transactions have successfully cleared. Orders will be placed on hold if there is any issue with your installment payment(s). Orders that are unpaid will be cancelled and will fall under the MASCOT ORDER POLICY .

SIGNATURE REQUIRED DELIVERIES: Most orders over $150
0 Please make sure you arrange for Pick up or Re-delivery with your Post Office if not home at time of Delivery. If your package is handled by the USPS, and nobody is home to sign for your package. A notice will left providing you with a couple of options such as schedule a re-delivery or it will have the address to the post office which your order can be picked up from. SALE not become FINAL. We highly suggest to pick up your package within 7 days.

For orders under $150- Customer may request for a signed delivery for receipt of package, there will be an added up charge of $5 for that service. Customer must request at time of placing order.
Customer is responsible for their package once the carrier has deemed has been delivered. If there is any issue once a package has been delivered, you can visit the carrier site to file a claim.

RETURN POLICY:
What is your return policy?
We only accept returns if we you receive the wrong size,color, brand of item We also accept returns for any item that is damaged while in transit. Once your RMA has been approved, a prepaid return label will be provided with expedited shipping. You will have 7 days to return the item, as long as the item shows "in transit" by day 7, we will accept the return.
Unused labels by day 7, will be null and voided and the RMA request will be cancelled. Order will be marked as final and complete.

OUR POLICY IS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. . If you wish to return your item, you will need to submit your request via email to
stores@everything-hollywood.com within 5 days. We only issue out store credit. Buyer is responsible for the shipping back to origin shipping location. All returns must have an approved RMA attached.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CLOTHING, CUSTOM ITEMS (SUCH AS COSTUMES, WALL DECOR, PERSONALIZED AWARDS) , FOOD ITEMS, OR ANY ITEM HAS BEEN OPENED FROM ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

. In the event your item is damaged, does not work, etc - please notify us within 5 days. Please email Customer Service within 5 days with your concern BEFORE leaving any Negative/Unsatisfactory feedback. There may be an option available but no guarantee
Any request for a return must be communicated within 5 days of receiving your order. All order are closed out after 72 hours of proof of time of delivery, Any request after the 5 day allowance time to notify customer service by phone or web- will be subject to denial. A Minimum of 3 Photos must be included with your concern. Any packages received without an RMA code WILL NOT be eligible for credit.
Buyer is responsible postage and shipping charges back to its original place of origin even if the item has been processed by our International location.
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:
In order to receive credit all items must be unused and in resalable condition and must meet the following guidelines to be returned..
1. Merchandise cannot be taken out of its original packaging.
2. Merchandise should be returned in the exact same packaging as in which they were received, including accessories, parts and pieces, and manuals.
3. Merchandise which show signs of being used or damaged will not be accepted as a return.
4. Merchandise that have been washed, worn, damaged or had tags removed from, cannot be returned.

RMA ISSUED/ TRACKING DUE WITHIN 5 DAYS
Please email stores@everything-hollywood.com with the return tracking number. Failure to do so, the RMA will be considered null and void and the return will no longer be accepted and the order will be considered as Successfully filled and closed. Thank you

REFUND POLICY- ALL SALES FINAL.
Most Refunds are store credit. We also process partial refunds on order cancellations and on orders where we are in error.

REFUND PROCESSING:
Refunds are usually take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank card statement.
Store credit refunds are processed immediately and can be used via our online store. You will receive a personal credit code to use at checkout.


PRIVACY AND SECURE ORDER PROCESSING
Payment Methods:
We accept all Major credit cards and will be processed through Stripe. To prevent Fraudulent transactions- Payments are approved with all matching qualifiers including CVC codes and correct Street Billing address and Zip. If you believe you have provided all correct information, you may want to check with your card issuer for more information.


Secure Payment Processing:
Stripe Payment Processing is an API that is integrated in Real Time through the checkout page via Ecrater. Built in SSL is established within the API Processing your credit card information using tokens which will be Encrypted over any web page. Stripe automatically evaluates charges for fraud risk and blocks those that they believe are fraudulent.
Your IP address will be collected along with your payment for purchase and will be used as a digital signature in the event of any payment dispute.

Understanding Card Encryption:
All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe's internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe's infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn't share any credentials with Stripe's primary services (API, website, etc.).

Our Product Line:
We work directly with Manufacturers/supplier to ensure a Quality Product. For this any item listed is in good faith as to where there is an authorized release, of design, copyright image to refrain from claims concerning infringement or intellectual property rights. However, if you are the copyright owner or holder,and feel the use of the image, and or design was not authorized, please contact us. Or you may also contact Ecrater who will reach out to us. Please provide us with a certificate of ownership of the image or design in question, and we will provide any documentation necessary to show legality of using the rights owned. we require you to submit original copyrighted image along with three images of design/image series to show ownership of the original image. If for some reason we are not able to counter claim, the item will be removed immediately from our site.
All award trophies are manufactured overseas and we are in no way associated with the manufacturing or design of any custom award trophy
